DIRECTION FOR USE
Blend the custard powder & sugar together with enough milk to form a smooth paste then add more cold milk (up to half) to form a slurry. Bring the remaining milk to the boil. Add the boiling milk to the powder slurry and bring back to the boil stirring continually. Reduce the heat immediately and simmer gently for 1 minute, stirring continually. It can also be produced in a microwave. Suggested Proportions for 100 x 55ml (2fl. oz)

Variations in the type of milk used (rice, soya, etc.) can make the product dairy-free, use of sweetener instead of sugar will reduce the calorific value, and by changing the powder/liquid ratio produces a custard to the customers preferred viscosity.
