Description
A solid, off-white, non-hydrogenated vegetable fat at room temperature. Heavy duty oil for all frying applications. No additives are used in its composition. All ingredients and processing aids are from non-GM origin.
Application
Suitable for all frying applications. Recommended frying temperatures are 329-356_F (165-180_C), it is unwise to subject fats to temperatures above 400_F (205_C).
